Admission Requirements
The admission process for the programs in English at the Technical University of Ostrava is completely online. Which means, that you can get admitted without leaving your home country or even your apartment.

Passport / ID

Proper documentation and identification is required for entry into foreign universities. Should be valid for 1 year more from the moment of application and should exceed the duration of study visa for 3 months.
Certificate of Graduation from a Previous level of Studies
A completed secondary education, Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. The document should be translated into English language and sealed by the local authority. In some countries Apostille is required.
Proof of English Language Knowledge
One of internationally recognized language certificates at level B2 or higher (IELTS 5.5 or higher, TOEFL iBT 87 or higher, FCE, CAE, CPE). Confirmation that your bachelor program was taught full in English.

Should consist of the course unit code, the title of the courses you have attended, the duration of the course, the local grade.

Structured CV

CV should highlight research and teaching experience, publications, grants, professional associations and licenses, awards, and any other details that show you're the best candidate, with a photograph and signature.
Motivation Letter

The ML is a way for you to explain why you would be a good fit for the program you are applying for. Describe in a personal way your motivation to apply and the experience you have that led you to this decision.
Recommendation Letter

In the form of an academic or work reference. The document should be 300-400 words long and should present your character, accomplishments and abilities from an objective perspective.
Remote Exam

Remote exam is organized by a specific faculty using the internal information system of the university. Most of the faculties require the exam from mathematics or physics in accordance with the Czech school program.
