Passport / ID

Proper documentation and identification is required for entry into foreign universities. Should be valid for 1 year more from the moment of application and should exceed the duration of study visa for 3 months.
Certificate of Graduation from a Previous level of Studies
A completed secondary education, Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. The document should be translated into English language and sealed by the local authority. In some countries Apostille is required.
Transcript of Records

Should consist of the course unit code, the title of the courses you have attended, the duration of the course, the local grade.
Transcript Addendum issued by local institution.
Motivation Letter
The ML is a way for you to explain why you would be a good fit for the program you are applying for. Describe in a personal way your motivation to apply and the experience you have that led you to this decision.
Study Medicine in Charles University
One of the most popular programs of the Institute for Language and Preparatory studies is their pre-medical foundation in Czech and English language which will lead you to study General Medicine or Dentistry.
General Medicine
The long-cycle Master's degree programme lasting six years (General Medicine). After completion graduates obtain a status of Doctor of General Medicine and are able to practice in local or international hospitals. Graduates may also continue on to a Ph.D. programme or enrol in a specialisation training programme.
Dentistry
The long-cycle Master's degree programme lasting five years (Dentistry) after which graduates obtain status of Doctor of Dental Medicine. The degrees are fully recognized in the EU and most countries worldwide, which enables graduates to find the employment and start practice after the graduation.
